i think the logo needs to depict an image of the result. either real life, drawn or cartooned
1. standard overweight 25 year old with fat mostly around thighs, bum, stomach and arms
2. similar framed girl (not ectomorphic or naturally skinny body shape but more curvy) but toned up with no excess body fat
