The target audience
Our local clients will see the logo on our website and business card. They are people of all ages and circumstances. We would like the logo to be modern and young, yet not so much that it looks insincere or sketchy. Older people should be able enjoy the logo for its aesthetics yet not feel repulsed for it being too ostentatious.

The new logo should go where there currently is the tooth and "Brilliant Smile". Do not take this logo as a reference point, feel free to be creative. Especially since we must fit both "Wutschke&Partner" and "Zahnzusatzversicherungen" in it somehow. The slogan "Zahnzusatzversicherungen" should be more prominent than "Wutschke&Partner".
Also with the logo I would like you to create a suitable background for the header. I attached the current header background for reference. I think it would be a good idea to tone down the logo background a little bit, the current one is a bit flashy.
Also, make sure that the logo + header background fit with the general color scheme of the template.
By the way I generally like the idea of using a tooth-like symbol in the logo. It is not a must though, so feel free to come up with other ideas of your own.
