What we do
We are a new home builder. We have three lines of homes: 1. Custom 2. Signature (high end homes with high end finishes) 3. Spark (spec houses with set palettes & basic floor plans).

The target audience
The target audience is families with children in their second or third homes. They like high end finishes and the grander aspects of life. They would typically be living in areas with a higher income, likely with an average household income of $130,000. The target audeince would also have more disposable income.
We like these fonts, colors and style
To be consistent with our current logo's, we would like them to be black on white or white on black (we use both so must be appealing both ways). Also, to be consistent with the Spark logo, we be putting "by Artisan" at the bottom right of the logo. In total, it will say "Signature by Artisan" but we only need the Signature word logo'd. Fancier script is something we had in mind.
