We like these fonts, colors and style

We would like to have the G&S in big bold letters (all caps) and realty team in the same font but maybe half the size. We would like to have an avatar (like on xbox) of Garrett (the G in G&S) leaning on the G twirling a set of keys. I have attached 2 photos to give you an idea of how we would like the avatar positioned. please make the avatar look happy ;) This is for a Real Estate team.
