The target audience
As this will be for business cards and real estate for sale signs, I'm looking at home buyers and sellers. 25-70 years old, some local, many out of state. I folks to recognize Puget Sound (Mt Rainier, Tacoma Narrows Bridge, etc) and correlate it to homes for sale.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I like red as the Keller Williams company I'm affiliated with is red. I want sharp, clean, easy to read from a distance. I want it to be easily distinguishable from other Realtors. I like incorporating the image of Mt Rainier or Tacoma Narrows Bridge, but it needs to be simple so my signs are easy to read from a distance or passing by in a car.
