What we do
We are a two-person Realtor team within a Keller Williams franchise and deal primarily in residential property. We work for both sellers and buyers. For sellers, our goal is to effectively market the property to sell in the least amount of time for the highest possible price. For buyers, our goal is to find the best house that fits their needs at the most affordable price.

The target audience
Target audience is ANYONE buying or selling real estate so can encompass all ages, incomes, educations, occupations, etc. However, we would like to gain the attention of established high-end homeowners while appealing also to the younger electronic-savvy generation. Pretty broad audience, huh!
We like these fonts, colors and style
The design should use no more than 2 or 3 colors and must translate well in black and white print. Keller Williams has it's own logo and font -- google for an example. Colors generally used in our ads are red, black, gray, taupe, white -- we are open to a contrasting color(s). Because we must always include the Keller Williams logo anytime we advertise, you should be aware of it's design as well. That being said, we also don't want the KW logo to put us in a box and limit the creativity. That is where we are relying on your designer's eye to suggest if a different color might make our logo pop and how to mesh the elements together while still differentiating.
Although we would like our tag line incorporated into the design, it won't be a deal breaker if not included. There should be no spaces between TretterGlenn and no spaces in HomeMatchTeam. TretterGlenn should be the predominant element with HomeMatchTeam underneath or smaller. HomeMatchTeam is what will identify us as Realtors opposed to possibly being attorneys, etc. (We may use TretterGlenn HMT in some instances so somehow highlighting the primary letters T and G and HMT might be a strong consideration as well.)
We would love for some element in the logo to allow the real estate aspect to be recognizable, but it should be visibly understood without being glaring and trite. We want to convey that we are matching people with homes, helping them get the proper fit. We want our prospects to see us as the only ones that provide a solution to their real estate problem.
We are excited to see your creative ideas. At this point, we don't have any preconceived ideas but things will unfold and develop as you submit designs. We are very professional in that we know our stuff but yet we aren't stuffy; we market our homes to stand out above the rest but we don't drive high-profile cars. We are two honest, hard-working Realtors in a very competitive profession and believe in the communication of design.
