What we do
What Salon (www.WhatSalon.com) is a mobile app in which the user can find and book free last-minute appointments in their local area. It is done through a sophisticated system which displays their location on the screen. Above this, they will select the service they are looking for (blow dry, manicure etc) and hit "find me an appointment". Within a few seconds, the app will show salons in your area with available appointments.

The target audience
Both men and women with the majority being women. The look and colours must be uni-sex. Most will be mid-high income earners and will own smart phones. It's primary audience will be from 18-40 years old.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I want to leave this as open as possible. It is important that the logo and the icon (mentioned below) be sleek and appealing. We want the icon to look "at home" on the iPhone screen so that people will leave it there indefinitely.
IMPORTANT: We also want you to design an iPhone home screen app button.
Finally, we are undecided if we want to call it "What Salon" or "What Salon?". Feel free to show us options for both.

Hey everyone. Can you all please have a look at the ww.Hailocab.com icon. This is one that we love as it has the name in the icon. We would like to see some ideas like this.
Hey again guys. OK, we really like some suggestions here but we have yet to fall in love with one. The icon needs to imply "salon" without being specific to beauty or hair and must also be unisex. We like the idea of the question mark in the icon but needs to absorb the point above a little more.
