Service En-novate Logo Design Contest
Name On Logo: Service En-novate
Our Slogan
The consultancy most valued by those who most value engaging service.
What we do
Innovating the customer service delivery process, by blending entertainment principles with luxury guest service standard resulting in creating a customer service interaction that is an emotional moment for the guest. Offer services that measure customer service, quantify the revenues generated by improved customer service, training of customer service, operational analysis to detect service gaps. Current tagline is "Creating customer-centric organizations." I can go either way on tagline .... this one or the one in field above, or a new one.
There is a bullet that separates "en" from "novate," so please substitute a bullet for where the hyphen is. Also, one concept that would be nice to play off of is SEE (which comes from the "S" in service, and the two "E's" at start and end of en-novate. I will be using words of sight (insight, see the world through a new lens, envision, seeking, etc.) throughout the website. The take away is I want people to know that my company sees what is commonly overlooked in the service interaction..... i.e. See what you are missing.
Industry: Consulting

Things to communicate through the design
1. Sophisticated/professional
2. fascinating perspective
3. Have a clean, modern design aesthetic

The target audience
My core industry is the hospitality industry - hotels, restaurants, casinos, spas; however, I am repositioning the company to break out of the hospitality industry so customer service improvement can be secured by all service industries - call centers, airlines, banks, utilities, government, hospitals, retail, etc.
In 1 year time, I will be launching the company in East Asia. I will be targeting Americas, East Asia and South East Asia.
Purchaser of services will be either CFO, CEO, Human Resources personnel either male or female.

We like these fonts, colors and style
the logo is in blues. Background is white, then whatever text or tagline on card is in chocolate brown.

Additional Info Added Nov 11, 2012
PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE see how the word "Ennovate" is supposed to have a bullet between the two "N's". I have attached document to show how Ennovate should appear. NO HYPHEN!!!

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, look at the Pantone colors that I have already established as my company's brand colors. I can not pick a logo as a winner if these colors on not used in the logo. Tagline is pantone 175.

Leaning toward tagline being "Creating Customer-Centric Organizations". The tagline that begins with "the Consultancy most valued...." is too long, and is cumbersome for the look of the logo. However, I just found old logo files and the tagline then was "your world through our eyes". This played off of the the word "SEE". Would like to see this tagline as well.

Please find a pdf attachment that shows the bullet between the two N's in the word innovate should appear. While another attachment is a working logo - Studio Ennovate with the big SEE in the background, and the third attachment is simply a sample provided to me previously that I did not like completely, but I do think is somewhat a clean look. You do not have to keep with these stylings at all, be creative, show me something I do not expect, just keep in mind less is more for me in most instances. Clean, Unique Perspective, Graphic... hopes this helps.

Also, the Pantone colors that I currently have for Studio En-novate are PMS 300, PMS 306, and the chocolate color is PMS 175, which is usually for the tag line. Since Studio En-novate is a different company from Service En-novate, the pantone colors doe not need to be the same, simply complimentary to one another.

If you are going to mimic the "SEE" as provided in my sample business card from my company Studio Ennovate, then I would suggest to place the script font exactly resembling the placement found in Studio Ennovate, or close to as possible. Current, renditions make it very difficult to read the word "Service," which is the core business offering. It would be smart for one person to provide me exactly the logo I already have for "Studio Ennovate" for "Service Ennovate." With the "S" placed exactly through the same letter/placement as "Studio Ennovate," and the tail of the "S" dotting the "I" in the word "Service."
