we generally want to target middle aged women because they determine the who the family visits for healthcare, what the budget is, they are interested in improving esthetics, and have a large circle of influence.
We would love to target upper middle class people with some expendible discretionary income

We like these fonts, colors and style

I like black and white but I realize we need some color - I want what my patients will like.
