What we do
We are a 9-month learning program for 18-35 year old emerging leaders. We invite thought leaders from Googe to Facebook to best-selling authors to work with our participants in helping them develop a social venture which they'll launch at the end of the 9-month program. Participants leave with the skills, connections and hands-on entrepreneurial experience needed to bring their visions to life out in the world.

The target audience
The primary target audience is 18-35 year old change makers who are disenfranchised with current higher ed options. They have an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep drive to make a positive impact in the world. Demographics: male & female, mostly from the US, mostly have an undergrad degree. They are open minded, creative and looking for an educational experience that is powerful, transformative and relevant.

The secondary audience is visiting instructors. They are thought leaders from the fields of tech, social entrepreneurship, design, academia and innovation
