What we do
We create handmade jewelry, using hammers and anvils, out of recycled metals such as sterling silver, gold-filled and 14K gold. We also use a lot of precious and semi-precious stones to give the jewelry a personal touch. We specialize in custom jewelry as well as commitment rings.
Industry: Retail

Things to communicate through the design
1. Elegant
2. Organic
3. Artful

The target audience
Our target audience is very diverse, ranging from teenage girls to women in their seventies. We also have male customers, but our main customer is female, has a medium to high income, a college education, enjoys the fine things in life and doesn't like to be like everybody else. Our customer values quality as well as our one of a kind designs.

We like these fonts, colors and style
We normally use Optima with the colors black, teal and chartreuse. We have been using a gradation and have had a positive response, however we need one version that is one color so we can emboss it into a jewelry box.

Attached are images of previous logos. The first two logos (the twisted ones) are more recent ones, we like that they are one color, however we feel like they don't capture the unique quality of the brand. The other two logos (the ones with the dots) are the ones we have been using over the last couple of years. We really likes these logos, but unfortunately the gradation cannot be embossed on boxes. The challenge is to incorporate the design elements of the two logos to create a perfect one. Also, take a look at our website rebeccazemans.com to get an idea of what our jewelry looks like.

Our design will be used on
(Web)  (Print Media)  (Billboards & Signs)  (Mugs & Tshirts)

Additional Info Added Oct 18, 2012
Hi Everyone! Thanks for all your hard work!!! We really appreciate all the variations they are all so good and I know we'll be able to work together to get the right one.

We wanted to add that a signature of our designs is a little asymetrical with the stone off-center to the bottom right or left. So maybe the center part with a signature could illustrate that? Many of you are close on that, but we wanted to communicate the importance of that design element to our work.

We added some images as well. One is an image of the way the artist signs her work. The artist's middle name is Anne, but we don't need to incorporate the A, we think it will be a little too much.

We also added an image of a piece that we love. The stones are sitting out from the squiggly line, maybe that is helpful too?
