We are US defense support contractors principally. We also have commercial customers but this support is mainly with supporting them in defense issues. We are a small, agile company that provides innovative strategic solutions across a broad spectrum of government and commercial customers to rapidly identify their requirements, capture resources, and maximize readiness to accelerate our client’s success. Defense contractor companies. US government officials and military officers. Principally male. Conservative values. We may grow to international customers but if so would be focused initially on NATO/European customers.

Strong and functional. Strategic. Simple yet unique. Will be used on electronic media such as powerpoint slide templates. Will also use for business cards, letters, stationary, marketing trifolds, and other branding. We are an Incorporation (Inc.)

Please incorporate designs with [Login to view URL] and also our slogan of "Accelerating Success" but we are not sure if we'll use something so busy. We do have a jpeg photo of a logo we sketched but do not see a mechanism to upload the photo. The logo we sketched has a line from left to right that comes into a slanted R with a subset 3. The line then emerges on the other side of the 3 to form three arrows (sort of a trident style). Not that we want a trident exactly but a trident-style is the idea. A trident has three septars or points so we see symbolism with R3.
Also a trident infers strength and power as well as maritime. Trident image (not name) represents Maritime, Military, three, symbol of war/power etc. In Latin the word tri – three and dentes – teeth. In Sanskrit word : trishula = triple spear.

So in our design concept we had the R3 in the middle with the 3 subset below the R. There is a "trident" from left to right aligned with the entry point of the left side of the R and it emerges on the right side of the 3 with the top arrow on the flat line of the top of the 3, the middle arow from the center of the three and the bottom arrow on the bottom of the three of course. We would like a gold or yellow arrows. We would like the R3 letters in strong colors such as black or blue (can be with shadows or outlines or colored inset).

Next on our logo sketch was the words "Strategic Support Group" wrapped across the top of the R3 in circular form and the words "Accelerating Success" across the bottom with the R3 in the center with these two word sets forming a circle look surrounding the R3. The top and bottom words are in different color.

We also had a star in the middle on the left and right side separating the top and bottom. Again, this was a sketch we made as owners. We like it but are not wed to this logo. You may want to consider a submission similar to our thoughts and or try another submission that is different than ours to stand apart.
