What we do
We provide collaborative workforce management solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. Our super exciting technology enables employers to manage their workforce through an organized set of business rules, while improving the employee’s ability to communicate, share ideas, and collaborate on important projects.

The target audience
Employers and their employees of small and mid-sized business (100-5,000 employees). We see new ways for employees to interact using socially-enabled tools in the workplace. We also see a need for employers to better manage a more mobile work force.
We want our logo to visually represent people working together using social media tools.
Our audience would be a younger demographic, less corporate looking.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We like minimal designs like Apple and Skype. We also want to incorporate some graphic icon into the logo that could also be used as an icon in the user's system tray.
The icon should be simple (it will flash for example when it needs to alert the user) similar to Skype.
Some of the companies in our space are Yammer, Jive, Huddle.com, TribeHR.
Colors should be fresh and clean to convey newness and forward thinking. Logo should be easy to scale up and down.
