Bigfoot Hostel is located in the party town of León, Nicaragua. We are the largest hostel in the city so we attract backpackers from all over the world. We are a must stop for adventurous backpackers because of our Volcano Boarding tour on Cerro Negro, the most active volcano in Nicaragua. The sport was created by Bigfoot founder. Inside our hostel, you will find a lively bar with themed parties as well as the Volcano Café, famously known for our handcrafted pizzas.

We are recommended by Lonely Planet, Moon Guide and TripAdvisor and have been recognized for our Volcano Boarding tour and accommodation by the New York Times, Reader's Digest, CNN and BBC.

We have been famously known for the orange footprint in our logo design, so the color orange is very important to us. **We have nothing to do with Bigfoot the monster.
