The target audience
our target audience would be customer service directors and C level executives of companies that are large enough to consider outsourcing their customer service department. If they are already outsourcing their customer service then we are looking for potential clients that are not happy with their current vendor and looking for a vendor that cares for their customers as if they were our own
We like these fonts, colors and style
We want to focus on the 'HCI' in the logo but still have 'Hot Calls Inc' somewhere in the logo. We often get remarks related our our name being in the porn industry and we want to get away from that. We feel our name/logo should generate a positive impression. Our name came from the automotive industry (where we started) where a 'Hot Call' was an interested customer or important information related to a potential customer. This does not translate as well in the broader market place. We are open to all fonts and colors etc
