Our Slogan
Mission Statement: To support individuals with disabilities to live as independently as they choose within the communities of their choice.
What we do
RAIL (Rural Advocates for Independent Living, Inc.) is one of twenty-two CIL's (Centers for Independent Living) in the state of Missouri. CIL's are are nation wide non-for-profit organizations designed to support individuals with disabilities of all ages obtain and/or maintain their goals of independence within the communities of their choice.

The target audience
To reach and/or educate individuals with disabilities of all ages (birth to death), their families/friends, other organizations/service providers, and the general public about the services that RAIL has to offer. RAIL covers ten counties within Missouri that are at or below 51% of the poverty level and 100% rural.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Currently RAIL's color scheme is hunter green and beige. RAIL would like to keep that color scheme other than that RAIL will leave the design part up those participating in the contest.
