What we do
The Kono Region of Sierra Leone needs a flag which represents its local culture and resources. The area of the country produces rice, coffee, cacao, diamonds, and gold and is abundant with water. The culture is rich and the people are educated and kind. We are looking for a flag that embodies these resources and history and sheds a positive light on the region.

Thanks for the great entries so far! We would like to request that you do NOT use the flag of sierra Leone as a background element for the KONO flag. We would like this flag to have a different look than the state flag of Sierra Leone. Thanks.
