Coop is a fast casual restaurant focusing on chicken. Fried chicken, pulled chicken, rotisserie chicken, salads, sandwiches, and sides along with a 15-20 condiment/sauce bar for customers to mix and match sauces.

The target audience

We feel our target customer is going to be 18-49, somewhat more highly educated than the general population, and with higher incomes. (based mainly on where we are looking for locations) We are looking in college areas as well. Our people will be on the go and want an environement where the food tastes fresh, is served fast, and priced well.

We like these fonts, colors and style

Pretty open although incorporating a chicken somehow would be useful.
