Mesa Luxury Living is a monthly magazine being distributed to the homes of north Mesa in Arizona. The magazine will be targeted for those in the upper-class demographic and will be revolved around the theme of luxury.

The target audience
The location has many mountains ranges surrounding it. The average age of the reader will be between 40 and 50. Higher income homes will be the main audience, as well as upscale businesses such as wine restaurants, golf courses, fine dining, and high-end real estate.
We like these fonts, colors and style
With Mesa Luxury Living, we prefer to have the words "Luxury Living" in a nice and easily readable cursive font. Luxury is the key but readers should also be able to glance at the logo and know what the company is. Simplicity is also key. This logo will be at the top of the front cover on every monthly issue and will also be on top of the magazine's website.
