What we do
3DCDN is a Content Distribution Network (CDN) for Live Video Streaming (Flash, H.264, etc), as well as Static Content (Such as images/banners, CSS & Javascript files, documents, binary files / Archives, etc).

The target audience
It will be displayed in video players, on business cards, etc. So basically, sort of like how the YouTube video is used - It is used on their web page, in the Videos as a watermark, etc. So basically it should be easily recognizable, and if used as a watermark, it should not be in the way, so not too many protrusions for example.

I think a good logo should look good both in Black & White, and in Color.
For example the Apple Logo is amazing in that regard. It's Simple, Immediately recognizable, and works great both on products, on T-Shirts, on Business Cards, on web pages, etc.
More Good logos are the Visa & MasterCard Logos.
