The target audience
The audience varies:
From serious and established people who may use our financial solutions and therefore would like to work with professional company they may rely on.
And young persons who values "Cool" stuff.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The main point of the logo should be the three elephants who carry the earth (world of technology, in our case) according to the "The Turtle and Elephant" myth.
The turtle should not appear on the logo.
The earth itself is optional - Moreover, the shape and the style of Earth which elephants carry on their backs, should vary according to each division of our company (Finances, WEB, Facebook and etc.). For Finance Division, it should be related to money; For Facebook - with Social Media.. However, the Elephants should not be changed.
We prefer that all three elephants to be same in their look except to the size - Large, Middle and the Small one. And they should be arranged according to their size (For example, Big - Middle - Small woud appear on Background - Center - Forground, accordingly). But this requirement is not the most important one.
Font, Color and Style is up to you, as long as it is proffesional, serious and creative.

The Earth on backs of elephants could be incircled by the stream of bits (digital data), in order to indicate the "World of Technology".
This is illustrated in the picture I've recently uploaded.
