The target audience
My target audience are wealthy home buyers, who also love golf, or living on a golf course. These people are 50 and older (usually), very wealthy, highly educated, probably retired, and love golf.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I want the main color to be very similar to the famous "Tiffany Blue" used by the jewelery store. The color coordinates for that exact color are as follows:
Hex triplet #81D8D0 RGB (r,g,b) (129,216,208) HSV (h,s,v) (170 degrees, 40%, 85%)
Please understand that you CANNOT use these exact coordinates because they are trademarked, so please get as close as you can without infringement. You can Google Tiffany jewelry store to find lots of images of that color, just don't get me sued please.
My style is modern and sleek. Even though my target audience is older, wealthy people, I don't want Old English fonts or anything too traditional or Old World. Focus more on a mid-century modern style, possibly all lower case words instead of capitalized (I could go either way on this).
The other colors that I think I might want to incorporate would be white and black, but I don't want to limit you. Perhaps you want to incorporate some golf items such a flag for the pin, a golf club, a golf ball...whatever. I'm trying to intentionally leave this vague so that you can explore different options. Good luck!

Just a suggestion, take a look at some Mid Century Modern fonts for the Par 5 Realty. It could make the logo work better. I also like the golf flag with the 5 on it.
