What we do
The Gosford City Street Art Festival project is an inaugural event to run over a 5 day period in 2010. It has been developed to capture and reflect invited artists' interpretations and visions of a sustainable environment for Gosford City. (artistic genre categories i.e.: installation art, mural painting, aerosol art, light, green living art). The project has been developed to encourage the community to explore the spaces and places in the Gosford City Centre and create a dialogue amongst the community around the nominated theme that will be different each year.

The target audience
There are two main target markets; the primary target audience are artists from diverse genres. We would like to attract artists from all areas and engage the interest of artists particularly from Sydney and Newcastle. The secondary audience is the community and visitors who will want to come to the city during the festival. They are different groups; however the logo must capture the interest of both.

We like these fonts, colors and style
The background should be transparent so that the logo can be printed on coloured paper. The logo is not limited to colour choice, however it should be adaptable to use for black and white version for print.
The style should reflect a modern theme that can also incorporate the annual theme which this year is; “Reflecting the Past, Creating the Future”. Each year the theme will change however the logo will remain the same.
