What we do
ProVention Health is a new subordinate foundation of the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors, a non-profit that works with State Health Departments in chronic disease (arthritis, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc). The new foundation will allow us to work more outside of State Health Departments and partner more with private industry and the public sector.
The name is a marriage of NACDD's tagline: "Promoting Health + Preventing Disease"= ProVention Health.

1. Promoting Health, Disease Prevention
2. Quality health that is accessible, easy to understand, public-friendly
3. inviting, encourages partnership or participation
The target audience
ProVention Health will be developing partnerships with a wide variety of non-profits, foundations, communities, and major corporations. Needs to be impressive to Coca-Cola, Livestrong, etc., but have the warmth that shows support for a local Boys and Girls Club or city-wide fundraiser. Needs to work both inside and outside of the public health profession.

The NACDD logo is attached below. We would like the branding of ProVention Health to be cohesive with the overall branding of the association. PMS colors are: Green- 355 blue-294
Preferred style is modern, but inviting. Something that looks professional, and conveys a positive, social partnership experience.

UPDATE: Upon review by our CEO, he would like the logo to use the full name of the foundation, "ProVention Health Foundation." He would also like to invite you to experiment with incorporating the following tagline into the logo: "promotion. prevention. innovation"
