What we do
Heart 'n' Sole is a program that our organization (the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors) developed to promote healthy habits at work. The program challenges offices to take a 10-15 minute walk everyday, and to encourage as much employee participation as possible.

The target audience
Our association members work for state health departments and specialize in chronic disease (arthritis, cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc). We have members in all 50 states and US territories. Almost all college educated, many have advanced degrees. Wide range of ages, but lots of life-long employees, so needs to speak to Baby Boomers and Millennials.

The NACDD logo is attached below. We would like the branding of Heart 'n' Sole to be cohesive with the overall branding of the association. PMS colors are: Green- 355 blue-294
Prefered style is modern, but relaxed. Something that conveys a positive, social experience.
