Prospective clients will: range 30-60 years old, Male or Female, live near Portland, Oregon, earn 100k+ income, have a bachelor's degree or greater education. I am providing a service to help clients accomplish a specific health or fitness goal that he/she cannot accomplish alone. Goals may include, but are not limited to: commitment to a healthier lifestyle, a specific athletic goal, flexibility, nutrition, supplementation, post rehab regain of mobility and strength.
