What we do
Our company is in the business of purchasing oil and gas mineral royalty. We purchase the actual minerals under emerging and proven oil and gas plays from mineral owners in the United States. Our goal is to find a logo that appropriately incorporates our company name and in some way uses the letters or a theme based off of our company name to brand a recognizable logo with an oil and gas industry theme.

The target audience
Rural farmers who own the minerals beneath the land looking to liquidate an asset. Typically not very wealthy or upper class, and education is around high school to undergraduate college level. Audience looks for companies that they feel they can trust. Ranchers, farmers, and generations from these areas that may live elsewhere. We also will have a lot of clients that are oil and gas industry professionals.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The design should be simplistic, not convoluted. We want a design that includes the company name Shepherd Royalty LLC and a logo incorporating the letters or theme based off the company name. We have seen designs that we like that included an oil derrick, but are not forcing this to be in the logo. We are open to lots of creativity . Including pump jacks, shale rocks, oil drips, gas flame, etc...
