3) Collaboration: collaborate and co-edit documents in the cloud, chat, call from chat, etc.

The target audience
The CTO (from a tech-standpoint and tech-competency).
The SMB CEO & CFO - who wants to save money.
Mostly Small to Medium Businesses - so again, a bit of fun.
It's hard for me to grasp competence and technical aptitude with a bit of fun. On the one hand is the cartoon character with the jaw, short-stature, helmet over his eyes, and cigar hanging from his teeth. On the other end of the spectrum is the Seal-Team-Six competency, etc.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Hell - I dunno. Someone said "a cloud being - like the Michelin man". Another said: "A guy like the guy in the General Insurance commercials - with 'Cloud Marines' or 'The Cloud Marines' in high letters next to him like in the logo for Ice Age".
a third said: "A badge, like that on the Marines flag"
I guess military or camo, as well as cloud-colors, with some "tech" feel. Maybe a tank. Probably no guns.
