Thank you all - I'd like the focus if the logo to be EES with Enlightened Energy Services somewhere in the logo.
We are a energy services company focused on energy efficiency measures that are incentivised by the utilities companies thus reducing the ROI for the client / end user.
We are a business to business company.

The target audience
Our target audience are decision makers / owners of small to large companies. Including military, government, schools, hotels, grocery stores and neighbor markets.
We have a strong relationship is the public utility companies, we'd like our logo to have a similar feel to; Southern California Edison / Con Edison, Pacific Gas & Electric and San Diego Gas & Electric.
We like these fonts, colors and style
We refer to the company as EES, so maybe a ESS in the center of the circle.
We are a GREEN COMPANY, so we'd like our colors to be green, blue, maybe light steel grey, possibly yellow.
The provided logo is my father's company. It is a logo I'm fond of.
