What we do
Private training studio that specializes in functional training, and sports injury rehab. We're not the typical "gym"...no treadmills, machines or weights.
We offer functional, integrated, total body movements giving you a complete workout in 50mins.
We utilize the TRX suspension training system for small group, semi & private personal training.
We also run a boot camp that meets down at the beach (we're located 1/4 mile from the ocean).

The target audience
From the elite athlete...to weekend warriors...to soccer moms...to sedentary, first time movers.
Income: middle to upper.
Must appeal to both genders.
We work with high school aged athletes to 60+ yr olds.
We like these fonts, colors and style
1. Would like to see either Total Body Conditioning, and TBC as logo
2. Possibly incorporate beach/ wave/ palm trees (we're a 1/4 mile from the beach)...but not focus of design (background type image)
3. Possibly use lean, sporty, healthy body type images are good but NOT yoga/ pilates or bodybuilder/ weights type images
4. Prefer simple design that conveys fitness at all levels
5. Possibly use KORU as stylized wave if incorporating beach image (I am originally from New Zealand, and this is a symbol of positive change, growth, strength, renewal)
Colors: I like blues & greens (and use yellow OR red as an accent color if that looks good).
