Ivory Homes is a Home builder. Park City Heights is a community in the mountains of one of the worlds premier mountain resorts, Park City...host of the 2002 Winter Olympics and home of the Sundance Film Festival.
Park City Heights will feature low maintenance Townhomes and Single Family residences.

The target audience
The target audience is a 20- something to mid 50's looking for an incredible residential living situation but something that is also affordable.
This community is built next to a training facility for Bernese Mountain Rescue dogs and we want an image of the dog built into the logo but it can't be overwhelming (We don't want people to think this is a dog park or anything like that) The Alpha Romeo logo is one that we like in that it shows an animal, the snake, but it does not dominate the logo. We like the idea of a coat of arms style logo showing a bernese mountain dog in one panel, skis in another, maybe a lake in the other or a golf club.
We'd like to give this a European flavor, think Swiss, coat of arms, etc.
Even thought we say coat of Arms...this logo needs to be very simple to look at.
