What we do
The Virtual H2O Cooler provides products and services to companies with virtual employees. Our mission is to serve companies with a virtual workforce by providing interviewing/hiring/selection materials, competency models for performance evaluations, professional skill development materials, workshops, webinars, books, videos, podcasts and other support materials related to effective best practices for virtual work. We have identified best practices for virtual team work by interviewing virtual professionals from all over the world. So we talk about best practices through their stories. We intend to release our ebook – The Virtual H2O Cooler Handbook: best practices for creating a successful career path as a virtual employee – later this year. Our website will provide a platform for virtual workers to share their experience and learn from others.

The target audience
Our audiences are professionals who work for/with virtual team or manage virtual team. These folks work remotely and communicate with team members through Skype, Email, IM, GoToMeeting, conference calls, etc.

We like these fonts, colors and style
Font: strong fonts that are clean and linear, avoid curvy or whimsical – we want something strong that is easy to read and could be printed on shirts and bags easily.

Color: red, oranges, yellows, greens, browns – hot, strong colors – no pastels.

Style: clean, elegant and professional – not too much clutter.

Our sister company: SophiaThink [Login to view URL] is a bit out of date (we are updating it now) but it gives you a feel for our minimalist style preference.
