We are a real estate team of professionals, helping people buy & sell their homes. WE also provide property managment for our investors/clients.
We are an innovative real estate company providing an entire team of people to help our clients get through the process of buying or selling their home seamlessly & without frustration.
I would say we are more modern, hip, friendly etc.. we are definately NOT a traditional real estate office. We use all the latest technology & automation for bringing in new clients & also providing them with great service.

The target audience
We are targeting both buyers (people that what to buy a home or investment property) & sellers (selling their home or rental property). Our main target markets are:
Military Personnel- VETS & Active Duty
1st time home buyers (Newlyweds & Renters)
Sellers-of which many are in distress or upside down & can't sell home for what they owe. (but we can help them)
Majorty of our clients age ranges from 25-50
Demographic- Suburbia, Family Oriented
Most home prices range from $350,000-$750,000
Must have combined income of $60,000+
We like these fonts, colors and style
We do like big & bold.. However classic, with a home works too.
i am not putting up what we have used in past, because we are looking for some fresh ideas. Check out our website to see a picture of David & I. In the next few weeks there will be a team photo with about 8 others on there also.

We do most of our printing on SOLID BLACK & have usually used WHITE writing with a dash of red. So we will obviously need the inversion of the logo to also look good on letterhead, envelopes, etc.
