The target audience
Buyers, sellers, and investors in Central Texas, particularly the Austin metro area. Mid to upper income families. They love the unique lifestyle that is Austin. They love being outdoors. Usually higher education. Tech industry is big. A mix of liberal and old south. UT football a biggie. Sports play a big role in lives here. Also music and art. We love our dogs in Austin!
We like these fonts, colors and style
I've already registered the domain name Austin 777. I'd like the 7's linked vertically maybe. A play off the "t" in Austin. Some visual that suggests housing - a subtle house or roof. And I love roses. Crazy combination I know. Spiritual without being blatant about it. Kind of an in-crowd thing. I'm planning 4 years in advance when I will be a broker and it will become Austin 777 Realty. For now a tease and branding with Austin 777.
Not ultra modern font, more romantic. Hate orange, yellow, bright green. I'm with Keller Williams Realty so my cards are red and black. So black and red with a hint of teal or blue.
