The target audience
My target audience would be dog lovers, expats, those looking to travel, those interested in France and personal blogs, etc. My readers are a mix but probably more women than men.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Hi, I’m looking for a banner logo for my new lifestyle blog entitled “Oui In France: Musings on life in France, my dog and everything else…” It’s a personal blog. I’m not looking to sell anything.

What I would like:
-- One logo/banner for the area on my home page up top that currently says in plain text “Oui In France: Musings on life in France, my dog and everything else…”. My logo would have those words.
Preferences and my ideas:
I want something really clean looking. I think a little figurative idea of my Cavalier King Charles spaniel -- maybe her profile or a dog face, a paw print or a bone, etc. In the graphic somewhere, I would like a mini Eiffel Tower or some representation of France. Or maybe use an Eiffel Tower as one of the letters. Or the Paris skyline.
I prefer fonts that look more like handwriting and not a block, rigid typewriter font or something like that.
In terms of colors, I think 2-4 would be ideal and that muted shades are best.
These are just suggestions. I welcome creativity here! What I don't want is a cookie-cutter logo or something that looks like clip art. I’d like something that will be memorable for site visitors.

ABOUT ATTACHMENTS:
We're clearly not designers, but made some rough sketches on ideas we had. Black and white is NOT what we want, but if someone could maybe make a logo out of our rough idea (Cavalier profile is in the O, we're not very good). Maybe make the Eiffel Tower in a distinct color separate from the text. Would be interested to see what you can do with our rough idea and take it and run...something really eye-catching.
I think negative space logos are cool too.
Please note that I prefer to NOT HAVE red/white/blue designs or a French flag. Also, if there's reference to an animal, it should be a DOG, Cavalier King Charles spaniel, and NOT another breed. Thanks!
