What we do
This is a logo for a K-12 private Catholic school fundraising event that is open to faculty, staff, parents, alumni, board and community members. We want to use the logo to brand the actual event and entice people to come.

The target audience
This logo is for a fundraising event that has a theme of Passport to France. It will appear on all printed materials and the website but I need it specifically for the invite which will be a passport (so the center of the passport would be this design). It is targeted to attendees of the event and to generate interest in attending. It is a formal event - cannot be cartoonish. Needs to attract attendees who have money to spend at the event and convey an upscale evening.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The colors should reflect those of the french countryside (purples, blues, yellows, earth tones). If there are other colors you think would work - go for it. We will be using a Passport font for the date, etc. so a complimentary font that will work within the design. French imagery is welcomed within the design but should not concentrate solely on Paris as the evening will highlight all areas of France and one of the auction items is a vacation within the French Countryside. Need this to capture people's attention.
