The target audience
Small- successful business owners who have companies that have been steadily growing to up over the 50 employee mark. They usually have an on site HR person who has been doing not only HR but, IT, Building Management, or Controller duties as well. Now that the companies are over 50 employees they need some extra help growing their HR practices to support the business. I come in and help create systems and practices that support company growth from the HR stand point.
