What we do
Collaperty is an online meeting place which will enable investors to collaborate on a number of levels to invest in real estate; it’s bringing crowdfunding to real estate.
We started Collaperty to address a common problem: You want to invest in real estate but find the process daunting and/or do not have enough money to get started on your own.
The platform will bridge the gap between those who have real estate investment ideas and proposals known as “dealers” and those who want to invest known as “investors” in tangible real estate, but today may lack the know-how, funds, or visibility to do so. By building a comprehensive platform investors will be able to partner with other investors to split capital requirements in order to execute on investments proposed by dealers.
