What we do
We build high quality custom modular homes. We want a transparent relationship with our customers to offer a superior customer experience. We also wantt o educate people that modular construction is a better way to build. We will have a minimalistic website with lots of white space, so the logo should fit well with that.

The target audience
General public interested in building a new custom home, primarily age 30-60.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I think that the letters iQ should be the primary focus. I like 3D elements, and would like some primary colors to use as accents. I want the letters iQ to be very readable, and not blended together. The ball of the i and/or the line through the Q can offer an avenue for creative ideas to be added in.

The more that I look at it, the more I am open to just having the words iQ Modular Homes as text letters and a design next to them as a logo.
