The target audience
Our target audience are adults age 21-55 who have a desire for the modern, luxurious, and cool. They are looking for an apartment community where they will be proud to live, and where they will be comfortable and happy.
We like these fonts, colors and style
Be creative! Think about modern, high-end hotel/resort logos....this is the kind of logo we're looking for. Picture a sign in front of a large, impressive, new apartment community. Your logo design will be displayed on a large sign at the front of the property, on staff shirts, marketing materials, website, etc.
The logo should have at least a little bit of green in it, since the property will have some attractive environmental features (electric car charging stations, recycling program, etc.). Maybe a little leaf/leaves or something.
