Vault Investment Properties, LLC utilizes private funds to acquire, redevelop and sell real estate (residential and commercial). We also broker money out to other real estate developers/investors in need of capital for their projects (hard money).

The target audience
Our target audience is Real estate investors, private investors (doctors, lawyers, business owners; 100K+ salary a year with excess cash) looking to leverage their money through an investment vehicle that will provide better returns than any other on the market, the general public (buyers and sellers) who may be looking to buy or sell a property to/from us, and other corporations in the industry that we may do business with.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I have pictured the logo with a bank vault door (slightly open or closed) and our entity name VIP acronym w/Vault Investment Properties underneath it or just Vault Investment Properties (LLC). Somehow I want it to incorporate a sense of security (insuring their investment is secure with our company) as well as a clean, sleek look.
If there is anyway to incorporate a feeling of real estate (architectural/home design) into the logo that would be nice as well. I don't want it to look too busy. Just clean, trendy and luxurious. Open to fonts.
Colors: Black and Silver. Open to accent colors of gold, purple, or other suggestions. (truly open to all color schemes but these are preferred)
These are all visions of mine, yet I understand putting them all into one logo may be tough. I am open to any and all creativity you may have to offer.
