What we do
Spiritual Leadership, Inc. (SLI) is a 12 year old non-profit ministry that integrates spiritual, or scriptural, principles and leadership principles to help transform the Christian church's ability to reach new people and help them become disciples of Christ. We have a heavy focus on spiritual formation integrating with leadership principles.
SLI uses cutting edge learnings about leadership, whether found in the marketplace, education, government, latest books, etc, and apply it in the church. Our goal is to create a generative movement.
SLI has a long history of growing and teaching leadership, organizational development, developing leaders, creating effective strategy and thinking outside the box to solve adaptive problems the church faces.
Our approach is organic, not quick fix, and we work in very confidential settings as mature Christians with the spiritual gifts of leadership with backgrounds in the church, seminary, the workplace and university settings.

Our story with the current logo is that it represents ripples in a pond. That one person can make a difference and, through relationships with others, their impact grows exponentially just like ripples in a pond.
The font for the word "Spiritual" was set in script to represent the work of the Holy Spirit and the word "Leadership" was set in a bold, block letter font to represent the leadership side of things.
We need a logo that can work well (maybe two different color schemes) on light and dark backgrounds.
We will entertain designs that include the full name - Spiritual Leadership, Inc. and the abbreviation - SLI.
