Online sales of legal & contract templates for small businesses and consultants/contractors. Currently we are focused on contracts for computer and technology consultants/contractors, but we are working to expand into other industries like marketing consultants, architects, engineers, photographers, etc...

The target audience
Contract Edge offers a variety of legal and contract templates for consultants, contractors, and other service-related professionals and businesses. Right now the templates are focused mostly around the needs of Computer and Technology professionals, but the plan is to expand into other industries as well...possibly architects/engineers, marketing/management consultants, photographers/videographers, etc... Thus, the logo should not be specific to any single industry.

[Login to view URL] It looks a little dated and is pretty 1990's with the blue/brown color scheme. We would like to update the look to be more modern. We want to logo to feel approachable, but we do not want anything overly cartoonish. These are legal contracts, so we need to maintain a look of professionalism without coming across as too stuffy.

Please DO NOT be confined to keeping the look/style of the old logo. I only included that as reference, but get creative! We don't need to keep any elements of the old logo. Feel free to try something new and different!!!
You DO NOT need to use a pen/paper theme for the logo. I trust your creativity in coming up with new and interesting concepts! Thanks.
