What we do
We are a Real Estate firm that specializes in property management. We help property owners find tenants for their rental properties and then manage the properties by taking care of contracts, colleting rent payments, etc. Our primary focus is on residential properties, some vacation rentals and may eventually get into managing commercial properties.

The target audience
Target audience would be:
1. Men and Women 25-75 years old
2. Property owners wanting to lease their property, people looking to rent a home and possibly tourists who are wanting to vacation in the mountains
3. The area we serve is located in the Mountains of Western NC
We like these fonts, colors and style
1. We would like to have a classy design that is unique and intriguing but is easy to recognize and remember

3. The 3 main colors used are: Black (000000), White (ffffff) and Dark Red (B00000).
Key Concepts that we would like considered if possible to work with:
1. The significance of 828 in our name is that it is the Area Code for the area we service in Western NC. It would be nice to have the 828 be differentiated or standout in the name and to possibly be bracketed with parenthesis to help people understand the correlation of the number in our name and the area we service.
2. We plan to use the logo for different types of advertising so it would be nice to have it on a transparent background so we are not as limited in the ways to use it.
3. The design will be used predominately on a black background, but it would be nice to have a design that would be easy to reverse the color scheme if we need to put it on a white background like print adds, stationary, etc.
4. It is possible the logo will be embroidered on shirts

Please watch the Contest Discussion section below the logo's to see updated information and requests. In the Contest Discussion section you will see where I provided other suggestions about possibly incorporating a subtle mountain theme and/or the state of North Carolina and accentuating the 828 area code. These are not requirements and do not need to be used together. They are simply more information to maximize all the creative potential everyone is showing.
I realize many of the artists don't live in the United States and may not be familiar with North Carolina (NC) and our area codes. As a result, I have attached a copy of a graphic for the the State and it also shows the boundries for the 828 Area Code. I hope this helps.
