We are a full property maintenance and repair service the has a strong focus on professional property managers, rental home owners, real estate agents and, land lords. We provide a full service system that includes property monitoring and inspection, clean up, floor cleaning repair and replacement, maintenance, paint, dry-wall repairs, plumbing and electrical repairs.

The target audience
We will be marketing to two groups primarily comprised of upper middle class entrepreneur type clients. Both groups are conservative, frugal, busy, and very family oriented.
Group 1 is the investor; These are people (majority men between the ages of 35 and 65) that have hundreds of thousands dollars invested in properties that they need immaculately maintained. They also need these homes cleaned and prepared to be occupied by future tenants. Our focus with this group is "peace of mind and value" knowing that they have chosen "The Benchmark for Reliability" in the area.
Group 2 is the Property Manager; this group is comprised of Real Estate Agents (men and women between the ages of 30 and 65) that have a large client base of Investors that are depending on the Property Manager to Make sure the house is rented and maintained. Our focus with this group is "reliability of service and Value" These will be considered business to business relationships more so than with group 1.
We like these fonts, colors and style
The name of the company is "My Edge Property Services", My web site is MyPropertyServices.net. I would like "My Edge" to be dwarfed by "Property Services" as our company will be referred to as "Property Services". I would like to see a very clean modern look with some symmetry, but it will have to be very eye catching. It needs to have a strong bold look similar (in concept not look) to the "Built Ford Tough" emblem. I like the clean modern look of the "world conference against racism" logo. I need it simple not flashy or cluttered but defiantly not boring. as far as color i am open to about anything but generally tend like monochromes or cooler darker colors (i.e. deep blues, purples, greys, pearl, ghosting effects) better.
