What we do
**Note: We are not sure if we want to go with DBi or DBi Services for the company name. Designs for both potential names would be appreciated.**
DBi provides infrastructure maintenance, operations and management services around the world. Infrastructure for DBi is defined as highways, railroads, bridges, toll roads, and tunnels. DBi provides full asset management including such activities as vegetation management, cleaning management, roadway striping, high friction surface treatment (a coating on the road surface that increases friction between the tires and the road), bridge deck sealing, street sign manufacturing and installation, pavement management, GPS/GIS mapping and stormwater maintenance.

Occupation: Mostly public sector mid-management (ie, departments of transportation), although some significant private sector customers

Industry: Public highways, private freight railroads, private industrial plants
Interests: Generally married with families, sports,
Lifestyle: “9-5” office people, with family interests and weekend hobbies
Behavior: decisions emphasize (1) quality services (2) solid partnerships (3) reliability of vendor, (4) value for money. Many of DBi’s customers are spending public funds, so they do need to use public procurement methods.
Opinions: likely more conservative than liberal, probably have favorite sports teams, strong family values
Values: conservative, “value for money”,
DBi sells almost exclusively “business to business” (very little “consumer direct” sales).
We like these fonts, colors and style
The predominant colors would be black and gold. DBi is a technology leader in its respective fields and is known to be on the cutting edge of innovation. Quality is an important factor. DBi needs for its logo to make it appear to be a billion dollar company. The image of globalism is important.
