What we do
Hawk Exploration and Mining Services provides consulting services to the mining and mineral exploration industry specializing in Exploration Targeting (finding new areas to explore) for Gold, Copper, Uranium and Rare Earth Element projects. We can also provide contract geologists for both the short and long term.

The target audience
The target audience are Managers and Senior Geologists from the Mining and Mineral Exploration industry. Companies we would work with are international and would range from large multinationals to small companies of just a few people.
So the logo has to be inclusive to all and represent our work and professionalism across different languages and cultures.
We like these fonts, colors and style
I'm very open to any colors however I believe light pastels may work best. Fonts I'm open to ideas, but I do like Sans-serif type such as Calibri.
The Logo has to work on a White or Orange or Yellow background as it will be used on safety clothing as well as websites and print media.
I think the logo should have a Hawk/Bird of Prey imagery in it in some way.
The logo could include geology related equipment/themes, picks, shovels, compasses, contour lines of terrain, maps, the earth, mountains, cross sections through rock showing layers. However the logo might include NONE of these things - it's up to you!

For clarification the logo must have a transparent background - but I may use it on clothing that is yellow or orange or beige so it should work with these colours.
Please try and use some colours in the logo, I'm NOT looking for a black only logo.
I'd also be interested to see some designs without a hawk in in the logo.
