What we do
We are an investment firm that brings people together to invest in residential income units. We locate, purchase, and recondition properties to flip or hold for longer term investments. Our investments will be portrayed as "concrete" due to our knowledge in the industry and the experience of the team we have backing us.

1. Have a look that is professional and prominent
2. It needs to be somewhat simple yet bold
3. It needs to subtly communicate our involvement with real estate and investing
The target audience
I would say we are targeting successful, entrepreneurial people that have a drive to write their own story. They can be man or woman and will ideally be local to our location in Southern California. They will typically be towards the higher end of the income level with more disposable income to have available for investment. They could be in any industry
We like these fonts, colors and style
We want something with few colors but we are open to ideas. However, we definitely don't just want black and white. It must have a professional font that is not cartoony. And it must somehow incorporate the ideas of housing, concrete look, money, investing, etc. It must be simple enough to print on a business card and be able to be used on our webpage. Those are really the only two mediums it will be used on.
