We offer a combination of nutrition, life coaching and beginning to advanced levels of fitness training for transformational success in weight loss, optimal fitness and personal goals.
We provide a "whole person approach" By educating and guiding clients through the process of making successful changes in lifestyle exercise and nutrition.
Our fitness training is diverse and appropriately challenging to each client using both calisthenics and weights to deliver a dynamic strength, core and cardio workout.

2. Working professionals about 25 years of age and up, baby boomers, and retired people.
3. Older adults looking to enhance their quality of life through improved health and fitness.

5. People wanting a healthier and more productive lifestyle
6. Fitness minded and athletic people wanting to take their physical fitness to the next level.
7. People that are looking for direction (want to be healthy & fit, but don't know how)
8. Out of shape and overweight people that want to get into shape and make a life change.
The through line in our target market is basically people that want to make improvements in their lives.
Also the income level tends to be middle to upper middle class+.
We like these fonts, colors and style
leanbymarco is pronounced "lean by marco", and LEAN is an acronym for "Lifestyle Exercise And Nutrition. The official business name is spelled without spaces, but I would like it to clearly read the way it is pronounced by doing something with the letters. But if you come up with something that is really cool that needs to separate the words, I am open to that too.
I like a logo that is simple and strong in color and style; one that does not look like it’s trying too hard. And it would be great to have a symbol that represents the work we do.
I plan on using the logo on T-shirts with different slogans to cater to our varied demographics. I also plan on having it on our business card, videos, websites, and on the front of our building.
I want to be able to grow with our logo. So for example, when we do our “Lean Adventure Boot Camp,” or our “leanMXtraining” I want a symbol that would make it recognizable as a “leanbymarco” program. Weather it’s the common lettering or a separate symbol, I want to have a way of putting a stamp on everything we do.
I want a logo that represents our comprehensive program dedicated to helping people make transformational changes in their lives through lifestyle exercise and nutrition.
So, it’s important that our logo represent more than just great fitness training.

I am open to the Slogan being done both ways "Lifestyle Exercise Nutrition" or "Lifestyle Exercise And Nutrition."
I think it depends on if it is visually tied into the acronym "LEAN"
