We like these fonts, colors and style

For the most part, I am wide open to suggestions.

For the graphic itself, I wouldn't mind attempting to tie in the "Rudder Portion" of the aircraft into the actual logo. For instance, maybe somehow disguising the R in Rudder with an actual aircraft Rudder (Tail Section).

The second concept would be to just come up with a good spherical logo to capitalize on the global operations.
